All rooms have sheets included and the private rooms with bathrooms have towels. You'll receive an email as soon as the property answers your question. I stayed one night out of a scheduled three and have not been offered a refund for the two nights that I did not stay. Loud smelly cold. A bar.? A fairly good location and a helpful message from the staff for the check in.

Two mins walk into Old town Chur. Clean tidy and convenient!! Not only the sound but also the shake got reached my bed until am. The person in this hostel was kind. Be aware of crazy party on weekend. Smooth check in check out. Good communication. Value for money! Spacious, cool, good location, comfortable, kitchen facilities. Never experienced self-check-in, but this one was pretty strange: 1. In the end, the whole check-in process took half an hour which is tooooo much.
The check-in process is absolutely nothing in comparison with the noise from the club downstairs.

I knew that so I was prepared for this with headphones and earplugs, but nothing helps. It was not just loud, the problem was with the strong bass, which made my bed shaking and impossible to sleep even for a second. Feels like you are smartphone which is constantly ringing on vibration mode. If you want to experience literal apocalypse welcome to this hostel!

The hostel was quiet but the music from the pub downstairs was too loud Squeaky metal bed. Quick and easy check-in. They send you a code by email. Everything was clean.

Bus stop nearby the hostel. Wi-Fi connection is so poor. I tried to take a shower at 10 pm, but there was no hot water, I was waiting for like 10 min, hoping it would become warm. This is the cheapest stay in Chur Cozy bed Close to the railway station. There is no one working at this hostel, so if something goes wrong with check in or your room there is no one available to help you. The place is dingy and surrounded by strip clubs. It is extremely loud and there seems to be absolutely no sound proofing.
If people are talking at a normal decibel in the kitchen you can hear them in the rooms on the second floor. There are only two floors The pillows are Felt more like a comforter wrapped in a pillowcase. Would not recommend. The location is okay. Pillow covers were not provided.
